Where to Watch the Wildcats: NBA Games on October 27, 2016

It’s Thursday, so that means TNT will nationally televise two NBA games. We also have two games coming up on NBA League Pass. Don’t forget, the free preview of NBA LP is available until November 1st, so get everything figured out as far as channels on your cable/satellite lineup, apps on your streaming devices & an NBA account. Let’s check out who we can watch tonight.

7:30pm ET on NBA League Pass: Washington Wizards at Atlanta Hawks. John Wall & Bradley Beal are looking to prove that they are the best backcourt in the league. Wall has come back strong from his knee surgeries, so look for him to start tonight and put on a show in Atlanta. P.S. Dwight Howard is now an Atlanta Hawk, so the battle in the paint should be entertaining between him and Marcin Gortat.

8:00pm ET on TNT: Boston Celtics at Chicago Bulls. James Young did not play in the Celtics’ game last night, but he could check in tonight; gotta stay ready. The real show, though, will be the trio of Rajon Rondo, Jimmy Butler & Dwyane Wade. The basketball community at large is buzzing about whether these three can play together successfully, calling them “The Three Alphas.” Rondo has laughed it all off, saying it will be fine. I know I’ll be watching to see how it’s going.

10:30pm ET on League Pass: San Antonio Spurs at Sacramento Kings. This is the Kings’ home opener, so expect the brand new Golden 1 Center to be rockin’. DeMarcus Cousins & Willie Cauley-Stein played in last night’s win against the Phoenix Suns; the back-to-back may affect their energy. Skal Labissiere didn’t play last night, but he could tonight. Look for LaMarcus Aldridge & Pau Gasol to give the Sacramento bigs some trouble.

10:30pm ET on TNT: Los Angeles Clippers at Portland Trail Blazers. No former University of Kentucky Wildcats in this one, but if for some reason you can’t take advantage of the free NBA League Pass free trial, this game should be good, featuring Blake Griffin, Chris Paul & DeAndre Jordan on one side, and Damian Lillard & CJ McCollum on the other.

So, there you have it. The night’s four-game slate. Enjoy!
